I was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. I graduated High School a year earlier than my peers. After I graduated high school I went straight into the military at the age of 17. A couple of years of being in the military I found myself pregnant at the age of 19.

I served in the United States Air Force for 9 years and while in I was able to obtain my health coach certification. After those 9 years I was medically retired from the Air Force. Although serving my country had its ups and downs I needed a career that I was passionate about and I needed to do something that made me feel like I was fulfilling my purpose which is helping people become better versions of themselves. One day I came across an ad which talked about health coaching. I had never heard of it and once I read up on it and did my research I knew this was the right fit for me. 

 

During my free time I love to run, cook, paint and spend time with my son, family and friends, these things bring joy to my life.
